I had a bit of a performance issue on my Galaxy S22 Ultra

After a long enough use, about a month, I have enough performance experiences to confidently share. In fact, I really have a bit of a problem with performance on Samsung 's most advanced smartphone currently. There are 2 problems that I have encountered, if you are using the device, you can share it with me.

First: performance during continuous gaming is not guaranteed

If I play a quick PUBG Mobile match within 20 minutes, maybe nothing will happen. However, if I continue to play 1 more game, I have encountered certain difficulties. Although the body temperature is not too hot, but if I play continuously for more than 30 minutes of PUBG Mobile, I begin to experience a jerky image in certain situations. This frame jerking doesn't happen throughout like some mid-range devices lag when hot, but it happens when I have too fast perspective transitions and when I fall into complex combat situations.

For a longtime PUBG Mobile player like me, this is not a big deal but annoying enough. Another problem is that the screen brightness will automatically decrease when playing games for a long time, even if you have turned off the automatic screen brightness adjustment feature. About the graphics settings when playing the game, you can see through the photo above. I adjust the graphics to prioritize smoothness, not image quality.

Second: sometimes the device lags for unknown reasons

Although the frequency is not great, I also noticed that while using the Galaxy S22 Ultra , I had a sudden phenomenon that all operations, from swiping to Home, switching apps or surfing the web, were jerked. jerk. This happens quickly, it can go away after a few tens of seconds or when I turn off the screen and reopen it, it's gone. Android is not immune to this phenomenon, but the lag that lasts for a few tens of seconds really makes me not completely satisfied in a high-end device like the S22 Ultra.

The Galaxy S22 Ultra sold in Vietnam this year is very different because instead of Exynos, it is equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. Although it is a new and high-end SoC line of Qualcomm. However, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 has encountered many problems related to overheating and performance loss during use.
