AMERICA The concept previews Buick's first electric vehicle and is expected to debut in North America in 2023.

Buick - also the luxury brand of General Motors - announced that it could become an all-electric brand, on June 1. The company will launch its first electric vehicle next year, and the Wildcat EV concept shows the design language that will be applied to commercial products.

Concept model coupe with 2+2 design and combined door opening style, both horizontally and upwards. The front of the car also combines cutting lines, concave cavities, ultra-thin headlights with MicroLED technology.

The trapezoidal grille is low and the Buick logo is on the bonnet. The blade-style taillights swipe vertically across the rear glass and across the side of the car. Turbine-style 18-inch rims.

Wildcat has at least two digital and adjacent screens, one for the clock and the other for the infotainment system. The car seats are in the style of the pilot, and the center console separates the two front seats. Green and red are two contrasting colors in the cabin.

Currently, Buick has not announced the specifications of the concept model, only showing the interior and exterior design.

Wildcat features a host of state-of-the-art technologies, such as AI, aromatherapy, and biometrics. The car is even designed to detect anxious drivers and automatically relax them by dimming the cabin, activating the massage seats and releasing fragrance.

Automakers like Buick are starting to rethink the cabin experience as they transition to electric and self-driving cars. Many brands emphasize comfort and entertainment information, as on the Wildcat model.

Buick said the Wildcat EV could be an electric vehicle brand by the end of the decade. In 2023, the company will launch its first electric vehicle.
